Travellers offered advice ahead of World Cup

Brits planning to take flights to India for the forthcoming Cricket World Cup are being offered travel advice

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and the England and Wales Cricket Board have joined forces to help ensure that travellers heading to India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka for the sporting event are well-informed.

Starting on February 19th, the tournament is set to prove popular with many cricket fans but the FCO is advising travellers to make sure they are up-to-date with vaccinations and have taken the correct malaria tablets before jetting off.
