Following the chaos caused by the volcanic eruption in Iceland over the past five days, one newspaper has recommended that travellers take a good look at their insurance policies.
Writing for the Daily Telegraph, Emma Simon pointed out that many travel insurance policies at the lower end of the market offer extremely limited cover. She explained that many of the standard policies on offer are designed to provide for emergency medical care and little else.
